I was suffering from back pain since couple of years. Pain was getting severe and was not able to do day to day activities.
Visited many physiotherapists but there was no luck with reduction in back pain.
I came to know about Anand Physiotherapy Rehab centre via practo and visited the clinic.
After taking treatment for few days, my back pain got reduced.
Along with the treatment doctor shown me couple of exercises which helped to recover soon.
I went to Dr Anshu with my Menisci injury. She diagnosed it perfectly. And gave me 10 sessions of physiotherapy. She made sure I was comfortable and the sessions felt so good.
Today after my last session my knee feels totally fine and light. Her exercises are so convenient and doable.
All thanks to Dr Anshu that I can happily hop around so soon!
